LHOHQ, or Laughing Horses Orfice Headquarters, seems to be an edgy art project by multiple arists or is some random ARG. LHOHQ has a main domain and a sub domain, with the main domain being lhohq.info, and the sub domain being octagon.lhohq.info. Current speculations say that there could be over 100+ website extensions to octagon, i'm not sure about the main though. Below are archived links, this page is still a work in progress.
